Impossispace: Health Update

THE HEALTH UPDATE HAS BEEN CREATED

Now in the game is 3 different health related upgrades!

1. The Healthier Upgrade: This increases the amount of health (hearts) you have! You can get a maximum of 4 hearts!

2. The Immunity Shield: This increases the amount of time you're invulnerable after being attacked by an enemy! (unlocks after gaining 4 hearts)

3. The Keen Eye: This allows you to spot immorta-coins! picking up these babies will mean you'll never have to worry about enemies again, they bring your health up and are dropped by enemies once you have this perk. (unlocks after fully upgraded shield)

Note: Wealth and Stealth updates will come later; but most likely sound and music first. I'll be focusing on bug fixes and game balancing for a bit though.
